Melco said in a recent statement that it is welcoming the Year of the Tiger with a selection of festive offerings including menus, family activities and exhibitions at City of Dreams, Studio City and Altira Macau.
According to the statement, Rice Pudding packages can be purchased at Golden Pavilion, Jing Ying and Northern Noodle House at City of Dreams at only 268 patacas, which runs until Monday while stock lasts.
The statement said that the Jade Dragon at the City of Dreams celebrates the arrival of the Year of the Tiger from Monday, Chinese New Year’s Eve, to February 15. The statement said that the restaurant will be showcasing its festive set menu at 2,280 patacas per person (minimum for two persons), limited-time dim sum items and Chinese New Year specialties.
The statement pointed out that the Pearl Dragon located at Studio City will also present premium Chinese New Year (CNY) specialities from Monday to February 15. The statement said that it will offer festive dishes such as Lo Hei Prosperity Tossed Salad with Geoduck Clam, Shredded Vegetables and Yuzu Sauce.
The statement said Bi Ying at Studio City will also offer festive delicacies during the same period, including Braised Premium Dried Seafood with Abalone in Clay Pot, Deep-fried Pearl Grouper with Sweet and Sour Sauce, Braised Pork Knuckles with Dried Oysters and Sea Moss, and Pan-fried Glutinous Rice Cake with Peanuts and Sesame.
Meanwhile, according to the statement, Ying at Altira has prepared an array of CNY delicacies including lucky dim sum and “Poon Choi” set for guests to enjoy with families and friends. The statement said that until Monday, Ying offers two 8-course Reunion Set Menus starting at 2,398 patacas, while a 12-course Spring Dinner Set is available from February 1 until 15, which is priced at 6,288 patacas for six persons and 11,888 patacas for 12 persons.
Besides the delicacies offered during Chinese New Year, City of Dreams also has a new kids’ facility for children to enjoy with their families. The statement said that as Macau’s first and only resort attraction certified with the ‘SGS Hygiene Control Management System Standard’, the naturally lit Kids’ City offers indoor excitement and outdoor fun for kids of different ages. The statement pointed out that the main zones are Dream, Excite, Create & Explore which are equipped with the most innovative facilities that stimulate and inspire the next generation. The statement underlined that until February 10, Kids’ City is offering a CNY-themed crochet bag DIY workshop, where participants can explore their unlimited creativity and take home their handmade souvenirs. The statement added that kids may also receive a free hair styling session, allowing them to get into a truly festive spirit.
