Worker injures head when falling from Grand Prix stands

A non-resident worker fell yesterday about five metres while setting up the seating in the stands for the Grand Prix at the Guia circuit’s Lisboa Bend in Avenida da Amizade 

The 45-year-old man sustained head injuries and a broken left arm, the Fire Services Bureau (CB) said. The man was conscious when he was taken to the public Conde de Sao Januario Hospital Centre.

The 63rd Macau Grand Prix will take place from November 17 to 20.
