Starting in September, anyone who applies for a subsidy from the Macau Cultural Development Fund must submit their applications through the fund’s online system on its official website after the group or enterprise has signed into its “Macao One Account”, the public fund announced in a statement yesterday.
The statement noted that groups or enterprises that wish to apply for funding but have not yet opened a “Macao One Account” should contact the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) in person as early as possible to complete their account opening procedures to activate their accounts.
Meanwhile, the statement said, for those who use their existing accounts on the fund’s online system, they will only be able to check their previous applications and will not be able to use the online application function after August 31.
To open a “Macao One Account”, the statement said, an application form and agreement must be completed and signed by the legal representative of the entity concerned and submitted together with the other required documents to the designated counter for processing at the Public Administration Building on Rua do Campo.
The statement added that if the application is complete and meets the requirements, notification will be received within 15 working days after the date of application.
For application details of the “Macao One-Account”, there is a dedicated website at www.gov.mo/zh-hant/services/ps-2112/ listing all the necessary procedures, and for online applications for the Macau Cultural Development Fund’s subsidies, applicants may call during office hours its hotline: 2850 1000.
