Eligible staff members of Wynn Macau, Limited are set to receive a salary increase effective from March 1, the integrated resort (IR) operator announced in a statement yesterday.
Eligible staff members, excluding senior management, at both Wynn Macau in Nape and Wynn Palace in Cotai, will receive a 2.5 to 6 percent salary increase, representing 99.8 percent of its 11,390 workforce, the statement noted.
Staff members making a monthly salary of 16,000 patacas or below will receive a salary increase of 600 patacas, which is equivalent to a 3.8 to 6 percent increase, according to the statement. Those with a monthly salary over 16,000 patacas will receive an average of a 2.5 percent increase.
IR operators Sands China, Melco Resorts & Entertainment, MGM and Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) also previously announced pay rises for their staff in recent separate statements, which the Post had reported on January 5, 8 and 16.
SJM Resorts is the only IR operator still to announce its possible wage hike.
