There will be three more shows for the upcoming “Galaxy Macau Presents: Jimmy O. Yang Live in Macau”, the Hong Kong-American actor and comedian announced on his Instagram page yesterday, with tickets on sale from today.
O. Yang, 38, is set to perform in Macau from July 4 to 6 at Broadway Macau – Broadway Theatre in Cotai. With yesterday’s announcement, there are now a total of six shows, with the extra sessions being at 10:30 p.m. on July 4, at 6 p.m. on July 5, and at 7 p.m. on July 6, according to the Galaxy Ticketing website, where more details can be found. Tickets will be on sale from 10 a.m. today.
In O. Yang’s Instagram video yesterday, he noted that his show will offer “60 minutes of straight stand-up” that will be mostly in English, as well as a little bit of Putonghua and Cantonese, and even some specific Macau material, O. Yang said.
Born Au Yeung Man Sing to Shanghainese parents who had moved to Hong Kong, the family emigrated to the US when O. Yang was 13. He has played various roles in TV shows and films, while he also has viral stand-up clips on his YouTube page, where he boasts over two million subscribers.
Tickets are priced between 480 patacas and 880 patacas.
