The 2025 CTA Tour Professional Finals (Macao) and China’s National Tennis Championships will take place in the Macau on December 1-7, marking the fifth consecutive year of the year-end tennis spectacle here.
The announcement was made during a press conference held at Grand Lisboa Palace in Cotai, which noted that the event will feature men’s and women’s singles and doubles, with 16 singles players and eight doubles teams competing in a round-robin group stages, followed by knockout rounds.
Macau Sports Bureau (ID) President Luis Gomes, that the continuation of this event in Macau will further promote local tennis development, advance the integration of “sports+tourism,” and contribute to the diversification of Macau’s economy.
Notably, Gomes pointed out, the 2025 “Zheng Jie Cup” Elite Junior Tennis Training Camp will debut in Macau. Zheng Jie, a Grand Slam doubles champion and vice chairman of the Chinese Tennis Association, told the press conference that the program is designed to promote junior tennis development.
