Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) has recently established an overseas office in Singapore, according to a statement provided by the integrated resort operator earlier this week.

The new office, located in Singapore’s Central Business District, was described in the statement as “a strategic move to expand the company’s international footprint.” The statement noted that the office “will serve as a hub to enhance connections with the Singaporean business community.”

The statement said the initiative was aligned with the Macau government’s vision to diversify tourism offerings and expand visitor demographics. The office will support tourism, meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) enquiries, the statement added.

To celebrate the opening, a gala dinner was recently held at JW Marriott Singapore. According to the statement, GEG Integrated Resort Services Director Elmen Lee addressed guests and introduced the group’s three flagship properties in Macau: Galaxy Macau, Broadway Macau, and StarWorld Hotel.

Lee was quoted in the statement as saying: “Singapore has always been an important source market for Macau.”

“We firmly believe that Galaxy Entertainment Group’s diverse offerings will attract more Singaporean visitors to visit us and explore more”, Lee added.

The statement noted that the new office reflects GEG’s approach to innovation and regional collaboration, with the intent to enhance brand visibility across Asia.
