Australia’s Kip Foster wins Macau's Int’l Kart Grand Prix – IAME Asia Final

According to a statement provided by the Sports Bureau (ID) yesterday, the 2025 Macau International Kart Grand Prix, also known as 2025 IAME Asia Final, concluded yesterday in Coloane Karting Track, bringing together top karting talents from across Asia and abroad, with Australia’s Kip Foster winning the competition’s Master category.

The competition was co-organised by the bureau, the Automobile General Association of Macao-China, OTK Kart Asia and IAME Asia, and sponsored by integrated resort operator Sands China Limited.


9-year-old Thai wins Cadet category

The statement noted that Thailand’s 9-year-old Max Zvarich won the Cadet category, followed by Mason Kwong of Hong Kong, and Ava Lawrence from the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Meanwhile, in the Junior category, Italy’s Andrea Galimberti claimed victory, followed by Axel Nocom from the Philippines in second place and Australia’s Jay Kostecki in third, the statement said.

The Senior category was led by Thailand’s Toby Gale, who secured first place, the statement said, adding that Spain’s Aaron López finished second, while Italy’s Danny Carenini took third.

In the Master category, Australians took the top two podium positions, with Foster winning the race and Luke Armstrong finishing second, the statement noted, adding that Italy’s Davide Fore claimed third place.

The statement said that the prizes were awarded to the winners of the different categories after the races finished in Coloane.

According to the bureau, guests in attendance included its Acting President See Lei Si Leng, Roberto Carlos Osório, president of the Automobile General Association of Macao-China, and Vong Ka Kun, head of the bureau’s Major Sporting Events Department.
