According to a statement provided by the Sports Bureau (ID) on Monday, a second round of ticket sales for the ITTF Men’s and Women’s World Cup Macao 2026 begins at noon today.
The tournament, sanctioned by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), will be held from March 30 to April 5 at the Galaxy Arena in Cotai, the statement said. The event is co-organised by the bureau, Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) and World Table Tennis Management Group Limited (WTT), as well as the Macau Table Tennis General Association (MTTGA).
According to the statement, the first round of ticket sales, which began on March 6, received an “overwhelming” response. The statement noted that the second round aims to meet continued demand from residents and visitors, adding that tickets are priced between 90 and 1,720 patacas depending on seating and match sessions.
Each person may purchase up to four tickets per transaction through designated platforms, including Damai, Galaxy Ticketing, MPay and MacauTicket.com (Kong Seng Ltd.), the statement said, underlining that spectators aged 1.2 metres or above are required to hold a valid ticket for entry, while children below this height may enter free of charge without occupying a seat if accompanied by a paying adult, with each adult limited to one accompanying child.
A 20 percent discount is available for full-time local students, residents aged 65 or above and holders of a Disability Assessment Registration Card for sessions held between March 30 and April 3, the statement noted, adding that discounted tickets can be purchased via MacauTicket.com, with a limit of one per person per session.
The statement said that the public are urged to purchase tickets through authorised channels and warned that reselling tickets at inflated prices is prohibited.
