Pearls or diamonds? It can be a tough choice when you want the lustre of a pearl yet want the sparkle of a diamond at the same time.
While there is jewellery that sets pearls and diamonds side by side, sometimes the rock may outshine the iridescence of the pearls. But what if there is a pearl that has a lustre shining as bright as a diamond?
This is exactly what the pearls at CHioFo do: the pearls are sculpted with a diamond cutting, giving more angles to reflect the pearl’s lustre. This process of course requires high precision and detailing. This “Diamond Lace Pearl” technique, which has been patented in China, was developed by Chu Hio Fong and Yuki Tang, the couple behind the local jewellery brand CHioFo, the spelling is based on Chu’s name and pronounced “cheerful”, in the hope that their jewellery designs bring joy to customers.
