Crafted by Yoann Mathy, Wynn Palace’s Executive Pastry Chef, the sweet and savoury delights draw inspiration from the classic design elements of Ferragamo, matching the brand’s craftsmanship with exquisite culinary creations.
Mirroring Ferragamo’s latest Spring-Summer 2018 Sofia Rainbow handbag collection and the classic Thalia handbag collection, Mathy has fashioned miniature replicas with fondant. Paired with Vanilla Cheesecake and Chocolate and Coffee Tart, respectively, these delicacies are almost too beautiful to eat. The Flowers Rose and Chocolate Chantilly, featuring silky rose cream with white chocolate flakes, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, pay tribute to the brand’s signature floral pattern.
