Local Indonesian migrant workers, who are mostly domestic helpers, will get their moment to shine as performers when they tell their side of the story in “Migration” next month.
The documentary theatre play “Migration”, produced by Macau Experimental Theatre, is among the 26 programmes of the month-long 29th Macau Arts Festival (FAM) organised by the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) that will start on April 27.
With “origin” the theme of this year’s festival, the programmes explore the meaning of origin through different aspects that will broaden audiences’ thoughts of life, according to an IC statement.
