The Public Security Police (PSP) have caught a teenage tourist after he lost a bogus entry permit that he had bought on the mainland with the intention of gambling in Macau’s casinos, PSP spokesman Choi Iok Kin said during a regular press conference in Zape yesterday.
According to Choi, the 17-year-old suspect surnamed Wu is from the mainland. He told the police that he is unemployed.
The incident was reported by the security management of a casino-hotel resort in Cotai on August 25. According to Choi, an entry permit was found on the floor of the hotel lobby. As the lost item had not been claimed by its owner for a period of time, the hotel security decided to report the lost property to the police.
