The Public Security Police (PSP) nabbed a local man on Monday for damaging the seats of 11 scooters after he had an argument with someone as he could not park his scooter, PSP spokesman Lam Keong said during a regular press conference yesterday.
According to Lam, the 46-year-old suspect surnamed Cheong told the police that he works a casino dealer.
Lam said the incident happened in Rua de João de Araújo near the Red Market on the October 1 National Day.
