A non-resident worker was arrested on Sunday for taking upskirt photos and videos of a female in the Ilha Verde district, Public Security Police (PSP) spokesman Cheong Heon Fan said during a regular press conference yesterday.
Cheong said the 41 year-old suspect surnamed Zeng told the police that he works as a dishwasher for a restaurant in Ilha Verde. The personal information of the female victim was not released by the spokesman, who did not reveal where the suspect comes from.
At about 12:35 p.m. in Avenida do General Castelo Branco on Sunday, Zeng was walking along the street when he saw a woman wearing a skirt. He then followed her, took out his smartphone and started taking videos under the victim’s skirt, according to Cheong.
