The Judiciary Police (PJ) arrested a male mainlander on Saturday for burgling two flats with an accomplice near the Barrier Gate border checkpoint, PJ spokesman Lai Man Vai said during a special press conference yesterday.
The accomplice was still at large at the time of the press conference.
The duo managed to get into the two buildings by pretending to be residents and broke into the two flats with various tools such as a picklock.
