90-year-old woman dies after being hit by HGV cab
A 90-year-old woman died after being hit by a heavy goods vehicle (HGV) cab in Ilha Verde yesterday afternoon, according to a report by the the Chinese-language Macau Daily News.The report said the woman was hit when she was crossing the road opposite Santa Teresa School in Avenida do Conselheiro Borja at about 4 p.m. According to the report, the woman, who suffered a broken leg in the accident, was taken to hospital and confirmed dead at about 5:30 p.m. PLEASE READ THE FULL ARTICLE

Inflation further slows to 1.65 pct in August
