Macau firm to buy media stake in Portugal

Senior & disability subsidies to be paid this week
The government will pay out its subsidies for disabled people and senior citizens tomorrow and on Thursday respectively.The subsidies are paid once a year.Eligible candidates of the regular disability subsidy will receive 8,000 patacas, while those qualifying for the special disability subsidy will receive 16,000 patacas. Govt rejects ‘irresponsible’ US remarks

No.1 typhoon signal is up
Macau’s Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau (SMG) hoisted the No.1 stand-by signal at 0:15 a.m. today.The signal was hoisted as Tropical Cyclone Aere was 470 kilometres east-south-east of Macau at midnight. Govt mulls building tunnel near ‘Old Bridge’
