A mainland man surnamed Zhou was arrested for alleged fraud in a Cotai casino hotel by the Judiciary Police (PJ) on Friday, a PJ spokesperson said at a special press conference on Saturday.
The spokesperson did not name the casino. The fraudulent scheme lasted for three years.
The suspect allegedly used fake IDs to apply for casino membership cards to collect privilege points for free accommodation, ferry tickets, meal coupons and non-negotiable chips, the spokesperson said.
