The Marine and Water Bureau (DSAMA) said in a statement on Tuesday that the ferry routes between Macau and Shenzhen will resume today.
According to the statement, the two ferry routes –from the Outer Harbour Terminal to Shekou in Shenzhen and from the Taipa Ferry Terminal to Shekou – will resume operating today. The statement added that for more information on the ticketing situation, the public should contact the ferry companies.
The bureau reminded residents that as there are still COVID-19 cases in nearby regions they should reduce unnecessary cross-border activities. The statement also urged passengers to pay attention to Shenzhen’s COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control guidelines before boarding. The bureau has already urged the respective companies to completely disinfect and deep clean the terminal’s public areas and the vessels.
