A ferry route between Macau’s Taipa Ferry Terminal and Humen town of Dongguan city was launched on Friday, with two round trips per day.
A one-way trip on the new route takes 100 minutes.
The new route is jointly operated by locally registered Yuet Tung Shipping Co. Ltd. and Dongguan City Humen HK/Macau Passenger Ferry Co. Ltd. – a fully-owned subsidiary of Dongguan Communications Investment Group Co. Ltd. which is owned by the Dongguan government.
