A 21-year-old local man was arrested on Monday for exposing himself to two teenage girls in the city centre last week, a Public Security Police (PSP) spokesperson said during a regular press briefing yesterday.
According to the spokesperson, the two victims went to the police with their parents on Friday, telling the police that on Thursday, as they were heading home from the school in the city centre where they study, the suspect exposed himself to them.
The spokesperson said the two girls immediately ran back to school and told their teachers about the incident.
This undated handout photo provided by the Public Security Police (PSP) yesterday shows the hooded suspect posing in a pressroom at a police station, with evidence on display. Part of the suspect’s T-shirt appears to have been pixelated by the police.
