Junket operator Suncity Group is sponsoring a dance festival taking place at Venetian on January 30, a statement from the event’s organiser the Macau Artistes Association said yesterday.
Tickets to the “Suncity Group Rooting for Macau – Macau Dancing Festival”, to be held at Venetian Theatre, will go on sale today at 3 p.m.
According to the statement, the COVID-19 pandemic has posed many challenges to the world, and brought the entire performing arts industry to a standstill with numerous entertainment events being cancelled.
“However we are all fighting against the pandemic and recovering from it. The local performing arts industry is giving its best effort to the recovery,” the statement said.
Five professional local dance studios including L.D.G., MSD, Now’z Dance, TDSM and ZEAL are co-organisers of the Macau Dancing Festival, uniting the local performing arts industry.
Ticket prices to the event on January 30 at 8 p.m. are 180 patacas or 280 patacas per person.
