City of Dreams, Studio City and Altira will be offering Chinese New Year (CNY) specialties in celebration of the Year of Ox.
City of Dream’s multi-award-winning Jade Dragon provides a three-Michelin-starred gourmet experience with its festive set menu, limited-time dim sum items and CNY specialties. Jade Dragon’s a-la-carte specialties has eleven dishes including stewed fish maw with chicken in clay pot and braised abalone and fish maw with sea cucumber. These delicacies are available between February 11 and 26.
Golden Pavilion, Jing Ying and Northern Noodle House at City of Dreams are also open to the public and offer a CNY fest during the same period.
Ascend to Yí on the iconic Morpheus hotel’s Sky Bridge to enjoy innovative fine dining and a unique blend of regional Chinese cuisines served in tasting menu format. From next Thursday to March 1 the Spring Festival Menu, priced at 2,288 patacas per person, bringing to guests 10 special courses which include a trio of drunken clam, barbecued pork and duck liver, and tomatoes, poached fish in Pu Ning bean paste; wok-fried bay lobster with coral clam, braised abalone, and crab meat rice with golden salmon roes and Iberico ham.
At Studio City, Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Pearl Dragon is going to bring premium specialties in the Year of the Ox from February 9-21. Starting at just 58 patacas, the a-la-carte dishes include Baked American Lobster with E-fu Noodles and Sea Urchin Cheese Sauce, Tossed Vegetable Salad with Geoduck and Yuzu Sauce and a lot more!
City of Dream’s Spotlight is set to open for a lunch buffet on February 14 only in celebration of both the Lunar New Year and the Valentine’s Day. Families can celebrate the two holidays together starting from 158 patacas.
Bi Ying and Spice Road will offer festive Asian dishes starting Tuesday to February 26. All guests are welcome and can enter from the retail entrance.
