In Japan, March and April is known as cherry blossom season and it is the time for Hanami activities. Hanami means flower viewing which is a Japanese traditional custom to appreciate the beauty of flowers and associated activities. The highlight of this menu is “Salt Grilled Masu Trout served with seasonal mountain vegetables and umami sauce”. Masu trout is known as Sakura Masu and is found in Aomori prefecture. The fish body changes to pink when it matures and it has a refreshing taste despite its fatty content. On weekdays, an additional early bird promotion is offered when ordering the Ohka Kaiseki menu before 6:30 p.m.; customers can enjoy a complimentary Kagoshima Wagyu Sukini (value 460 patacas)
The Ohka Kaiseki Dinner is priced at 980 patacas per person, and the set dinner will be offered until April 28. Macau ID holders and Blue Card holders can enjoy a 25 percent discount at the restaurant from now until April 30.
