A 19-year-old local man, surnamed Leong, was arrested for sexually abusing his intoxicated ex-girlfriend at her flat last week, Judiciary Police (PJ) spokesman Choi Ian Fai said during a regular press conference yesterday.Choi said that the suspect is a student from a local university and the female victim is an 18-year-old local secondary school pupil. Choi said that Leong and the victim used to be in a relationship between 2017 and 2019, but they broke up last January. Choi pointed out that
