Co-organised by the Wine Society of Macau, MGM and DOC DMC Macau, the French Macau Wine & Dine is an innovative food and wine experience showcasing some of the most beloved dishes of French cuisine together with an array of 18 outstanding wines from iconic regions of France next Saturday at The Vista, MGM COTAI, followed by an after-party, according to a recent statement by the Wine Society of Macau.

The statement said that the menu has been specifically created for this event by Executive Chef Jerome Deconinck of MGM, who helms the recently reopened Aux Beaux Arts restaurant, adding that the 18 wines featured at the event have been carefully selected by our team in conjunction with a panel of wine experts. The statement noted that the selection of wines includes Bordeaux, Bourgogne, Champagne, Languedoc-Roussillon, Loire, and Rhône.

According to the statement, to conclude the evening, guests may stay for an “After-Party” with dance music from the 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. next Saturday.

The statement underlined that tickets are available at 500 patacas for food, eight or more tokens, and After-Party access.
