In order to raise money for animal charity MASDAW (Macau Association For Stray Dogs and Animal Welfare), a unique fundraising event hosted by Kind Krafts, a workshop entitled “Paint for the Puppies! Turn your dog into Pup-casso!” will be held tomorrow at Albergue SCM in São Lázaro district from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., the association said in a statement earlier this week.

The event is for the whole family and their dog to explore their creative sides and allow their canine friends to get involved in “painting a masterpiece in a beautiful and relaxing outdoor experience” at the patio of Albergue SCM, according to the statement.

The association, which is organising the workshop, will be taking along some of its rescued dogs that participants can borrow to paint with if they don’t have a pet, the statement points out.

“Come and chill out to the live music from LPR, meet new people [and furry friends] and soak up the happy vibes”, the statement recommends, adding that there will also be face painting for the younger creative members of the family.

There are places for 30 adults and children with the ticket prices at 150 patacas for adults, 100 patacas each for children and dogs.

Available time slots for Paint for the Puppies are:

10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Payment should be made through MPay (6333 7667), to be followed by a message to MASDAW on Facebook with the proof of payment, along with the time slot one would like to reserve.

“Have fun & know your money is going to support the fantastic work of MASDAW. They need your help now more than ever”, the statement urges all animal lovers.
