The collaboration between Hope & Sesame and The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge comes as no surprise, as The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge was the first ever bar in Macau to be recognised on the prestigious Asia’s 50 Best Bars list in 2018, while Hope & Sesame, has been named on the list since 2019 and ranked 15th on the latest listing of 2021. While the Evening Standard bar focuses on a Gin Exploration experience with gin-based cocktails, which The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge also specialises in.
