A man refused to put on a facemask when entering the Transport Bureau (DSAT) building on Friday, and when a security guard refused to let him enter, the male spat in the guard’s face and hit him, a DSAT statement said.
The Friday statement said that the guard was taken to the hospital. The bureau strongly condemned the anti-masker’s action, while urging residents to comply with the Health Bureau’s guidelines – display a valid Macau Health Code, wear a facemask and get temperatures checked.
The statement underlined that the bureau has already reported the case to the police.
