The Manor at The St.Regis Macao celebrates sustainable dining with a six-course menu featuring the finest sustainably sourced ingredients and wines starting today.

The Manor’s Executive Sous Chef Michele Dell’Aquila uses sustainable food producers and utilises seasonal ingredients to design a menu that not only tantalises the taste buds but is also environmentally friendly.

Signature dishes showcasing sustainable ingredients in the six-course menu include True Born Tenderloin Tartare, True Born Tomahawk and True Born Sirloin. Open-air breeding, animal welfare, a perfect blend of the best Europeans breeds, cut design, maturation and deep freezing are the secrets to this tasty, tender and nutritious beef presented on the menu.

The dinner also comprises The Canary Island Aquanaria Seabass, Calvisius Oscietra Royal Caviar, Zolfini Bean, ‘Glenilen’ Yogurt Pannacotta.

The Celebrate Sustainability six-course dinner is available daily from 6 p.m. – 11 p.m. and is priced at 888 patacas per person. Elevate your dining experience with a collection of premier biodynamic and sustainable wines curated by Sommelier David Duan for 1,388 patacas per person.      – srpr
