In collaboration with the Italian fashion brand Max Mara, the Ritz-Carlton, Macau will launch the Max Mara Anniversary Afternoon Tea Set and the Max Mara Anniversary Signature Coffee Collection at the Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge and The Ritz-Carlton Café respectively from today to February 28, according to a statement by the luxury hotel operator earlier this week.
The statement said that the collaboration is to celebrate the fashion brand’s 70th anniversary.
The statement noted that the Max Mara Tea Set, which will be available in The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge located on the 51st floor of the Ritz-Carlton Macau, will feature sweet and savoury delicacies inspired by Max Mara’s elegant design.
The statement said that its savoury selections will include classic European treats such as the truffle custard vol au vent (French for “windblown”), prosciutto rose, and spinach profiterole, while the desserts include toasted coconut, jaconde and maciera florte walnut. The statement pointed out that they are made with refined ingredients and are synonymous with the fashion brand’s Italian craftsmanship.
The statement added that the tea set’s highlight is an exclusive Max Mara souvenir that captures the brand’s fashion artistry.
The statement said that the Max Mara Tea Set is priced at 488 patacas for two and comes with two cups of tea or Max Mara Anniversary Signature coffee, or 688 patacas for two glasses of Perrier-Jouët Champagne and two cups of tea or Max Mara Anniversary Signature coffee.
The statement added that the Ritz-Carlton Café will offer coffee featuring latte art of Max Mara’s “M” and “!” designs. The Max Mara Anniversary Signature Coffee Collection will be available at the café and consists of the five different flavours: caramel, toffee, vanilla, pumpkin and mint, all at 58 patacas each.
The statement pointed out that the Max Mara Anniversary pop-up store will be at the Promenade Shops in Galaxy Macau.
