The two ferry routes from Macau to Shekou in Shenzhen resume today, the Marine and Water Bureau (DSAMA) said in a statement yesterday.
According to the statement, since the COVID-19 pandemic situation has been stabilised, ferries departing from the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal or Taipa Ferry Terminal to Shekou resume today.
The bureau reminded passengers to heed the two governments’ COVID-19 prevention and control measures, such as nucleic acid test (NAT) requirements, before departing. The bureau said it has urged ferry companies and the terminals to deep-clean and disinfect their public facilities. The statement underlined that all passengers must wear a facemask at all times.
