One of the six defendants in a public car-park management corruption case confessed yesterday during the trial’s second hearing at the Court of First Instance (TJB) yesterday.
Chan Chi Pio, the third defendant, broke his silence to respond to the 28 bribery charges against him.
The case includes the former chief of the Transport Bureau’s (DSAT) Division of Transport Management Lou Ngai Wa and his subordinate Pun Ngai, who both stand accused of graft involving public car-park management service contracts.
