The Macau Institute for Tourism Studies (IFTM) announced in a statement yesterday that registration for the city’s joint admission exam (JAE) is open, with its bachelor’s degree programmes open for applications until January 19.
According to the statement from the tertiary education institution, admissions for its bachelor’s degree programmes with English as the language of instruction comprise “Cultural and Heritage Management, Culinary Arts Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Event Management, Tourism Business Management, and Tourism Retail and Marketing Management”.
The statement pointed out that the programmes are “theoretical and practical”, adding that students can gain knowledge through books, practicums, internships as well as the “organisation of various activities” to enable them to prepare for their further studies and career development.
