The Infrastructure Development Office (GDI) said in a statement yesterday that residents can submit their opinions and suggestions about the government’s plan to build a fourth bridge between the peninsula and Taipa over 10 working days starting from yesterday.

According to the statement, the office has already commissioned a research unit from the State Oceanic Administration for an impact assessment on the sea if the bridge is built. This assessment is required by mainland regulations, and yesterday the research unit uploaded information about the project to a mainland website which is accessible to Internet users for 10 working-days.

The statement said that residents also can give their opinions and suggestions to the office during the 10 working days.
