Wynn Macau, Wynn Palace & The Ritz-Carlton recognised by MICHELIN

Wynn Macau, Wynn Palace and The Ritz-Carlton received formal recognitions from the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong and Macau 2022 on Wednesday night.

According to a Wynn statement yesterday, Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace were collectively awarded seven Michelin stars –Wing Lei and Mizumi at Wynn Macau as well as Sichuan Moon at Wynn Palace have each retained two MICHELIN stars, while Wing Lei Palace once again received one MICHELIN star.

The statement noted that at Wynn Macau, Wing Lei has been given Michelin recognition for 13 consecutive years, while Mizumi has been receiving Michelin recognition for seven consecutive years. The statement added that at Wynn Palace, Sichuan Moon has been receiving MICHELIN recognition for three consecutive years, while Wing Lei Palace has received MICHELIN recognition for two years in a row.

Wynn Macau Food & Beverage Executive Vice President Kristoffer Luczak said in the statement that the honours awarded by Michelin were testament to the way in which the culinary teams at Wynn continue to strive for perfection and extend the highest level of service to our guests each and every day, even in the midst of the pandemic.

Meanwhile, according to a The Ritz-Carlton statement yesterday, its restaurant Lai Heen has been awarded an illustrious Michelin Star for the sixth consecutive year. The statement also pointed out that The Ritz-Carlton Café is also acknowledged as one of the MICHELIN Selected restaurants in 2022 for the fifth consecutive year.
