The Conservatory at Sheraton Grand has introduced a monthly coffee cupping workshop as part of Sheraton Hotels & Resorts new campaign “Celebrate the Community”.

According to a Sheraton statement earlier this week, the new campaign “celebrates the community spirit and invites guests to reconnect and share experiences with their communities”.

The hotel has partnered with local coffee roaster “Blooom” for the community workshops at The Conservatory, allowing one to learn about “coffee cupping methods, attributes and origins while connecting with others” through a “fun and informative coffee cupping workshop”, the statement pointed out.

The statement underlined that the workshop is open to coffee connoisseurs who want to learn more about the art of brewing and drinking coffee. Blooom also offers a “Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Coffee Skills Programme for coffee professionals”, a programme designed to help coffee roasters, professional baristas and sensory professionals obtain essential knowledge and skills, the statement added.

The statement said that the workshops will take place every last Wednesday of the month in 2022, with the next class set to take place on February 23.

Details and bookings can be made by calling 8113 1200. Reservations and further information about The Conservatory can also be found by visiting https://www.theconservatorymacao.com/
