The Macau Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau (SMG) said that the temperature today will drop to as low as 11 degrees Celsius.
According to a SMG statement, as the winter monsoon is affecting Macau’s weather, the mercury is falling and the temperature is expected to range between 11 and 16 degrees Celsius today.
The statement also pointed out that humidity is forecast to range of between 65 and 90 percent. The statement also said that the Yellow cold weather alert has been issued as the cold is expected to continue until tomorrow. The bureau advised the public to put on more clothes to keep warm.
The local observatory has two low temperature alerts: Yellow for “cold” weather and Orange for “very cold” weather.
