Dine at one of the six signature Sands Resorts restaurants for Valentine’s Day!
A recent Sands Resorts statement said that Churchill’s Table at The Londoner will present a four-course menu. The menu includes the amuse-bouche ‘How Deep is Your Love’, ‘Aphrodisiac Experience’ appetizer and ‘The Night is Ours’ main course, presenting different options for male and female guests. Meanwhile, the ‘Our Love Story’ desert combines strawberry and grapefruit compote, rosewater ganache, grapefruit, almond sponge and crumble.

Moreover, the Copa Steakhouse at Sands Macau offers the ‘Tender Hearts Romance 2022’ set menu for 1,888 patacas for two. The statement said that the five-course set menu includes tuna tartare and blue lobster consommé. Guests can opt for charcoaled wild turbot or Wagyu M7 beef tenderloin and Wagyu beef cheek for the main course. Coffee and petit fours are also included. Meanwhile at the Parisian, Brasserie is offering a dinner menu for two at 1,314 patacas. The menu includes an amuse-bouche of Marennes oysters and salmon tartare with Oscietra caviar, and appetiser choices of duck foie gras and black truffle terrine, and seared Hokkaido scallop on pumpkin chutney with citrus and orange beurre blanc.
The statement added that the four main course options include braised beef cheek, steamed cod ballotine and tiger prawn quenelle and seared slow-cooked beef sirloin, as well as a vanilla mousse, strawberry compote and raspberry sorbet. Guests can also pair the dishes with three recommended wines at 248 patacas per person.

At La Chine, the Cantonese restaurant’s Valentine’s Day menu features ‘The Eiffel Seafood Platter on Ice’, including Boston lobster, Alaskan crab legs, among others. Guests can choose pan-fried Miyazaki A5 Wagyu beef and foie gras with black pepper sauce, or braised sea cucumber and abalone with shrimp roe as the main course, and a tea mousse with apricot compote and Jasmine tea cremeux. At Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung a Valentine’s Day menu priced at 1,314 patacas per person. Signature dishes include classic ‘Shanghai’ smoked fish with Kaluga caviar, drunken crab in Shaoxing huadiao wine, among others, the statement underlined. The two desserts included are double-boiled bird’s nest with almond and fresh milk, and black sesame mousse cigar.
