SJM said in a recent statement that in order to support the government’s Tourism + Gastronomy, it is presenting a “Collaborative Michelin Western Dining Experience” with Mesa at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau and The Kitchen at Grand Lisboa Macau.
According to the statement, the dining experience is part of the company’s first edition of the SJM Gastronomy Series which runs until March 31.
In Mesa’s setting, the dining experience includes Baked Clams with Minced Iberico Pork, and Grilled Pacific Shrimp with Sea Urchin Butter and more. This menu is complemented by a wine programme featuring French and Portuguese labels, as well as two special Michelin-themed beverages and one signature Mesa cocktail.
According to the statement, Mesa hosts the “Collaborative Michelin Western Dining Experience” with each dish starting at 98 patacas.
