The Judiciary Police (PJ) announced yesterday the arrests of three Philippine nationals and a Russian woman on Tuesday for their alleged involvement in a drug case.
The Philippine trio includes a woman suspected of selling and taking drugs while the others were arrested on suspicion of taking drugs only.
A PJ spokesperson announced the case during a special press conference at the PJ headquarters in Zape.
