Sands Resorts restaurants present Easter specials

Easter menus will be offered in restaurants at Sands Resorts Macao from April 15-18, the company said in a statement yesterday.

According to the statement, Hiro by Hiroshi Kagata at The Venetian Macao will present the spring-inspired Sakura Omakase menu, priced at 1,688 patacas per person. It features a variety of dishes such as signature tempura, teppanyaki, sashimi and hanami wan three kinds of fish balls with sea bream, along with an Easter special dessert, the statement added.

At The Parisian, the statement said that the Brasserie is offering a three-course Easter Set Lunch Menu priced at 288 patacas per person and wine pairing for three glasses at 248 patacas. The four-course Easter Set Dinner Menu is priced at 588 patacas per person and wine pairing for three glasses at 248 patacas.

The lunch menu’s signature items include roasted lamb rack with lamb jus and pumpkin chutney, and almond peanut mousse, orange crémeux and citrus compote. The statement added that the dinner menu highlights Fine de Claire oyster with horseradish cream and granny smith julienne; and roasted Boston lobster in Cabernet Sauvignon sauce, saffron risotto and Vichy spring vegetables, among others.

An Easter Picnic set at Le Jardin is also offered for 498 per person or 1,488 for two paired with a bottle of Moët & Chandon Champagne. The menu includes Easter devilled eggs; guacamole and beetroot dip; rabbits carrot pot; and mini chocolate mousse with vanilla cream and raspberries.

The statement added that British-themed Churchill’s Table at The Londoner launches a 3-course Easter Lunch Set Menu 338 patacas per person. The statement noted that guests can choose from a variety of appetisers and main courses, including Churchill’s Easter devilled egg and smoked salmon; and 7-hour braised lamb shoulder with English peas, carrots and turnips with creamy mashed potato. Dessert options include ‘The Golden Egg’ made with hazelnut praline, milk chocolate, crumble and vanilla ice cream, and ‘Berries Easter’, which features vanilla Chantilly, berries, violet-blueberry cream, vanilla sorbet,and almond crunch.

Copa Steakhouse at Sands Macao will be offering a special 4-course Easter Set Menu at 638 patacas per person, the statement said. Guests can choose pan seared foie gras or duck confit and arugula salad, while main course options include USDA prime grain-fed black Angus striploin, and grilled Norwegian salmon. For dessert, Copa chocolate lava cake, with raspberry compote and Tahitian vanilla ice cream are available.
