Sands Resorts Macao said in a recent statement that it is launching an array of special menus at its redsorts in its signature restaurants for Father’s Day, adding that Macao ID cardholders can have 25 percent off dining at Sands Macao and The Parisian Macao as part of the “Fabulous Dining Offers” promotion, which is extended until June 30.
At The Venetian Macao:
Pin Yue Xuan will offer a set menu at 888 patacas per person, minimum of two, on June 19. It includes delicacies such as double-boiled fish maw soup with 20-year tangerine peel and herbs and crispy chicken flavoured with black truffle.
Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung’s Father’s Day set menu includes highlights such as double-boiled Hokkaido sea cucumber with “Shi Hu” dendrobium, at 888 patacas per person.
Hiro by Hiroshi Kagata’s Father’s Day Omakase, meanwhile, is available on the evening of June 19 for 1,588 per person. It incorporates a range of signature dishes and a Father’s Day special dessert, the statement added.
At The Parisian Macao:
Meanwhile, at The Parisian Macao, the statement noted that La Chine will offer a welcome drink for fathers on June 19, and Hokkaido red bean sweetened soup with 15 years aged tangerine peel. Lotus Palace’s set menu, 1,688 patacas for four, will include dishes such as steamed sliced grouper with egg and Cordia tree seeds and fried prawns with creamy pumpkin sauce on Father’s Day.
Moreover, the statement said that Brasserie is offering a Father’s Day three-course lunch set menu for 288 patacas and four-course dinner set menus four 548 patacas on June 18 and 19. Additional wine pairing for three glasses is offered at 248 patacas.
At The Londoner Macao:
At The Londoner Macao, Churchill’s Table will offer a set menu on June 19 at 1,888 patacas for four, with signature dishes such as yellow fin tuna tartar, with mango, spicy avocado and green goddess herb dressing. It also includes a themed dessert called “Gentleman Dad”.
The Huaiyang Garden’s dinner set menu on June 18 and 19 at 1,288 patacas per person, will include classic dishes and a dessert combining taro sorbet and Dingsheng cake. North Palace, meanwhile, will offer a Father’s Day BBQ and drink set menu on June 18 and 19, for 298 patacas per person, according to the statement.
At Sands Macao:
From June 17-19, Sands Macao’s Golden Court will offer a family lunch set menu for four at 1,388. A Father’s Day family set menu and a family premium set menu are also available at lunch and dinner, serving 6 to 12 persons, priced from 2,888 patacas. The statement underlined that a four-course Father’s Day set menu is also offered at the Copa Steakhouse on June 19 for 688 patacas per person.
