The Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre said in a statement yesterday that members of the public can enquire about or request assistance through four major platforms on the government’s ongoing COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control works.
The platforms for enquiries or assistance, according to the statement, are phone 2870 0800, e-mail info.cdc@ssm.gov.mo, sending a text message to 6333 7492, or by accessing the Enquiries and Assistance for COVID-19 Prevention and Control page at https://www.ssm.gov.mo/covidq.
Meanwhile, the statement pointed out that all those who are bedridden, have mobility issues or are seriously ill are advised to ask families and friends for assistance first concerning COVID-19-related matters. The statement added that those who still have difficulties may call the Social Welfare Bureau’s (IAS) 24-hour hotline on 2826 1126.
