Post office announces service arrangements through Saturday

The Macau Post and Telecommunications Bureau (CTT) announced its service arrangements through Saturday in a statement yesterday.

According to the statement, the bureau will provide general mail delivery services.

Moreover, only one notice will be sent for registered mail and the addressee may pick up the mail up at the branch indicated.

The Express Mail Service (EMS) will be maintained, with the recipient (individual customer) not required to sign the receipt. The result of the delivery will be registered by the postal distributor, the statement noted.

Meanwhile, a document collection box, the statement said, is placed at the CTT headquarters’ (General Post Office) reception in Largo do Senado. Urgent items can be submitted to the General Post Office (GPO) through Friday by 5:30 p.m.

The GPO in Largo do Senado is open through Friday from 12 noon to 5 p.m. It is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday
