It’s “people who set up regulations”, so Macau might be able to take part in the Olympic Games in the future, Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau (IACM) President Jose Fonseca Tavares said on the sidelines of a press conference at Government Headquarters yesterday.
Tavares said he had visited the Rio Olympics as a consultant to the Organising Committee of the Association of the Portuguese-speaking Olympic Committees (ACOLOP).
Tavares also said the organising committee had arranged his trip, including where he’d visit, sleep and eat, adding that he travelled to Rio during his holidays.
