The Sports Bureau (ID) said in a statement yesterday that the Cheoc Van public swimming pool in Coloane is temporarily closed due to a blocked drain, causing it not to function properly.
The statement noted that the blocked drain is due to the swimming pool’s low-lying area and coastal location. With emergency inspection and repair work required, the pool is closed until further notice.
According to the statement, the cost of tickets purchased for the swimming pool through its online booking system will be refunded to the buyers’ online account through the relevant electronic payment method.
