The Environmental Protection Bureau (DSPA) yesterday published a public consultation report about the possible implementation of plastic shopping bag charges.
“Most” of the opinions collected during the consultation process supported a charge scheme on plastic shopping bags for retail businesses, the bureau said, without elaborating, in a statement.
The consultation took place from December 2015 to February this year.
