Sports Bureau announces temporary closure of some facilities

The street art scene seems to be alive and kicking in the old neighbourhood of Praça de Ponte e Horta as a handful of graffiti is popping up in the back alleys and roller shutters around the area.Those graffiti are the result of the Outloud International Street Art Festival that was held for the first time last year, with just a part of a wall which the artists were allowed to spray paint on and a shop unit for street dance battles.This year, the festival will take place on November 3-4 also
